IC₅₀ values for Imatinib and compounds 1–3 for loss of cell metabolism (XTT assay) and cell number. Cells (15 × 10⁴/mL) were incubated for 48 h at 37 °C with either increasing concentration of compounds 1–3 in the 2.5–250 μM range or with Imatinib in the 0.1–2.5 μM range. Cell metabolism was measured using the XTT assay and cell numbers was assessed by flow cytometry as indicated in the Experimental section. IC₅₀ values are representative of three experiments made in quadruplicate.
