The BSA results of RNA levels of four so-called clock-genes in A. thaliana, measured in two different genotypes. The plants are either wild type, FRI;FLC, or mutants, fri;flc, of the genes FRI and FLC. All eight genotypes displayed oscillations in RNA levels with a period of approximately 23 hours. Both BSA methods identify similar periods.
