Freshly isolated PBMC from 3 different donors were pretreated with GRFT (394-0.13 nM) and maraviroc (2 µM) for 24 hrs and then washed and infected with the R5 HIV-1 BaL strain for 9 days. No compounds were added during the infection and viral replication was measured by p24 Ag specific ELISA in the collected supernatants.
