(C) Annexin V+/7-AAD− analysis of spleen cells of Brucella-infected 129Sv/Ev or IFN-αβR KO mice performed by flow cytometry. (D) The expression levels of TRAIL were measured by real-time PCR in spleens of Brucella-infected 129Sv/Ev or IFN-αβR KO mice. Similar results were obtained in two-independent experiments. Error bars represent the mean ±SD.
