Nude mice mortality curves. Mice receiving EGFR positive cells lived much longer than the mice receiving EGFRvIII positive cells as shown in Kaplan-Meier survival curves. These cells (104/mouse) were transplanted into the brains of nude mice, respectively. Mice mortality curves were analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier method, with groups compared by respective number of days taken to reach 50% mortality.
