Effect of delphinidin on phospho-NF-κB/p50 and p65 and NF-κB DNA binding activity in PC3 cells. Nuclear extracts were prepared from cells treated with vehicle alone (0.1% DMSO) and specified concentrations of delphinidin in 0.1% DMSO for 48 h. A, protein levels of phospho-NF-κB/p50(ser529) and phospho-NF-κB/p65(ser536) in nuclear lysates of PC3 cells as determined by immunoblot analysis.
