CK induced root growth with Lat B but not with GdCl₃, MG132, or BFA even in longer periods. B, Wild-type and mutant seeds were sown on 3% G + 10⁻⁷ m Lat B-containing half-strength MS medium. Lat B can evoke the CK-induced root growth-like response in all the mutant lines belonging to the CK, ethylene, and auxin signal transduction pathways, even the eir1 auxin polar transport-defective mutant.
