Studied components were as follows: Lifshitz-van der Waals component (γLW) and acid-base component (γAB) with the contribution of electron donor (γ) and electron acceptor (γ+) interactions, total surface free energy (γ), and surface polarity (γAB γ−1) for intact and shaved peach fruit surfaces.
