Th1 cell clones were differentiated as described in the materials and methods section and transferred to lympho-replete hosts that were then treated with FNB anti-CD3. The rate of depletion was calculated by comparing the percent of endogenous naïve (CD4+CD62L+CD25) and transferred cells in spleens of control vs treated mice.
