Joint-homing peptides differentially modulate the VEGF-induced signaling events. (A) HUVECs were stimulated with VEGF and treated with the indicated concentrations of peptides. Phosphorylated ERK1/2 and Akt, as well as total ERK1/2 and Akt, were detected by Western blot analysis.
