Steady-state activation was fitted with the Clampfit software using the following Boltzmann function: G/Gmax = 1/(1 + e((V½ − V)/k)). Deactivation kinetics were fitted with the following double-exponential function: f(t) = A1e−t/τslow + C1 + A2e−t/τfast + C2. NS, not significant.
