FIGURE 5. — DHRS3 is expressed in mature adipocytes. A, 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were induced to differentiate over an 8-day period. Representative samples were fixed and stained each day with Oil Red O and analyzed under phase-contrast microscopy. Cells were also harvested and analyzed by Western blot. Subconfluent (SC) and days 0–8 were probed for DHRS3 expression. B, immunofluorescence staining of endogenous DHRS3 in mature 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
