In the far UV the outliers are hCTD (crosses) and hIntS380D (circles); hInt and Int are the dashed and dotted lines, respectively. In the far UV spectra, all the hInt derivatives with an amino acid substitution therefore have slightly enhanced ellipticity compared with the hInt.
