Chmp1A over-expression positively regulates CRBP-1. (A) HEK 293T cells were transfected with either empty CS2+ or Chmp1A-CS2+ plasmid. 18 hours after transfection cells were processed for total RNA isolation. Reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) indicates that Chmp1A and CRBP-1 transcripts were increased 1.5 and 3.3 folds respectively at 31 cycles compared to control. Gapdh was used as RT-PCR control. (B) Chmp1A expression was induced by the addition of doxycycline to the media in two independent stable clones of PanC-1 cells.
