Expression of TNFα and perilipin in WAT of fasted JunB-KO mice. JunB-KO mice and their WT controls (n ≥ 3) were fasted overnight, and afterward, tissues were collected and RNA isolated for gene expression analysis, assessed by real-time PCR. Gene expression was normalized to TFIIß, and relative mRNA expression levels were calculated using averaged ΔΔCt. For each gene, values are relative to the WT animals.
