(CGG)105 RNA competes with BC1 RNA for binding to hnRNP A2. EMSA experiments were performed using native PAGE. (A) Increasing concentrations of (CGG)105 RNA reduced formation of BC1 RNA–hnRNP A2 complexes. (B) In contrast, (CCC)105 RNA showed no effect on BC1 RNA–hnRNP A2 interactions. hnRNP A2 was used at 100 nM, MgCl2 at 10 mM.
