Structural alignment of OX-DNA in the TGGT and AGGC sequence context (left) and undamaged DNA in the TGGT and AGGC sequence context (right) are displayed using stick representation, generated in PyMOL (www.pymol.org). The DNA atoms common to AGGC and TGGT sequence context was used in the structural alignment of the central four base-pairs.
