In human colonic tissue TRPC1, -C3, -C4, -C6, -C7, -M2, -M3, -M4, -M6, -M7, -V1, -V2, -V3, -V4, and -V5 transcripts were detected, whereas in human colonic SMC, TRPC6, -M3, -V3, -V4, and -V5 were not expressed.
