(C) Time lapse images of meiosis in swm1Δ/swm1Δ and swm1Δ/swm1Δ mad2Δ/mad2Δ cells. Both strains are expressing Pds1-GFP and Tub1-mCherry. No single meiotic division in swm1Δ/swm1Δ mad2Δ/mad2Δ was observed. One hundred cells of each genotype were analyzed.
