Effect of pentoxifylline on p27 protein levels in QTRRE cells. QTRRE cells treated with pentoxifylline for 24 h were examined by immunocytochemistry with an anti-p27 antibody, TO-PRO-3 to detect nuclei, and an overlay of the two stains. Immunofluorescence was detected by confocal microscopy with a 60× water immersion plan-apochromat objective; white scale bars are 20 microns.
