Effect of indigo carmine (10^-5 M) with or without tiron (10^-2 M) on the fluorescence of oxidized dichlorofluorescein (DCF) in rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cells. The cells were incubated with indigo carmine for 10 min after pretreatment with tiron for 30 min. The cells were then loaded with 10^-5 M dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate for 30 min.
