Athymic mice bearing s.c. LS-174T xenografts were injected with 111In- CHX-A"-panitumumab F(ab')2 (approximately 7.5 μCi). At the indicated time points, the mice (n = 5) were sacrificed by exsanguination; the tumor, blood, and major normal organs were harvested, wet-weighed, and the radioactivity measured. The values represent the average percent injected dose per gram (%ID/g) of tissue along and the standard deviations.
