Fezf2 regulates Wnt expression. (A) qPCR showing the expression of Wnt1, Wnt3a, Wnt8b, Wnt4, Wnt6, and Wnt11 mRNA at different time points after neural differentiation from mESCs. (B) Dox was added to the Fezf2 overexpression line at day 4 after neural differentiation. After 2-day (total Day 6) treatment, the expression of Wnt genes was examined using qPCR in both Dox-treated and non–Dox-treated (control) cells. The mRNA level at day 4 was considered as 1.
