Empty pcDNA3 vector was added to correct for the amount of DNA transfected. (C) Representative example of bioluminescence rhythms in primary MDFs, derived from PtCPD photolyase transgenic mice (green line) and wild type littermates (blue line), transiently expressing the Bmal1::luciferase reporter gene.
