Classic and nonclassic HLA-I genes were analyzed, as were the major HLA-II genes DR, DP, and DQ. Moreover, we examined the expression of genes downstream of IFN-γ. Forward and reverse primers, and FAM/TAMRA-labeled probes, are listed. All primer/probe sets were designed by us, with the exceptions of IFNGR133 and CIITA.34
