Ox-LDL induced foam cell formation of BMSC, VSMC, BMSC-SMC and macrophages by Oil Red O staining. BMSC, VSMC, BMSC-SMC and macrophases were incubated with 80 mg/L ox-LDL (e, f, g and h) and PBS (a, b, c and d) for 72 hours. The cells were harvested or fixed for Oil Red O staining.
