Plasma samples were isolated from the monkey CD4T-2 at day 0, 33, 75, and 103 after transplantation and were used to detect anti-MazF antibodies on a MazF protein-immobilized microplate. The plasma samples were diluted to 500,000-fold, 50,000-fold, and 10,000-fold and added to each well. After the incubation, antibodies which reacted with immobilized MazF were tried to detect as described in Materials and Methods. No MazF-specific antibodies were detected.
