(A) BMCs were treated with PGE2 (1 µM) for different times as indicated, and protein extracts were pooled and examined by western blot analysis. (B) BMCs were pretreated with Compound C (10 µM) for 30 min, then cells were treated with PGE2 for 24 hr. (C) BMCs was pretreated without or with an adenovirus expressing a dominant-negative mutant of AMPK (Ad-AMPK-DN, 50 multiplicities of infection) for 24 hr, then infected cells were treated with PGE2 for another 24 hr.
