Stability of purified XKS1-Strep. Incubations were carried out on ice in 50 mM Tris/HCl buffer (pH 7.4), containing 30% glycerol (●), 30% PEG 4000 (■) or 5 mM d-xylulose (Δ). The protein concentration was 0.18 mg/mL.
