Accumulation of actin filament in nuclei in cells expressing p41-Arc. Cells were infected with tTA-encoding adenovirus and incubated for 4 days. The cells were immunostained with RITC-conjugated phallodin, which specifically binds to actin filaments (Red). After washing, nuclei were stained with DAPI (Blue). Arrows indicate nuclei accumulating actin filaments.
