Predicted MYB binding motifs present in the promoters (up to −600 bp from the ATG) were obtained using cis-PLACE analysis. ChIP identified UNDEAD, GLOX1, and VGD1 as direct targets of MYB80. The aspartic protease At4g30030 was examined by ChIP as it occurs in tandem with At4g0040. MS1 is absent from the Affymetrix ATH1 array. A6 and MYB80 transcript difference was <2-fold. Dex24, differential gene expression (fold change) 24 h postfunctional MYB80 induction.
