mice were sacrificed at 2 days, 1, 2 and 4 weeks after the last dose of DB[a,l]P (24 nmol, 3 times per weeks, for 5 weeks). And soft tissues of the oral cavity (including buccal mucosa, floor of the mouth and tissues attached to hard palate) were collected and pooled together for DNA adduct analysis
