Table 5.

Comparison of K1’s and DVs for 3 (n=8), 6 (n=5) and 10 (n=4) in the baboon brain using baseline studies represented as the mean ± standard deviation. Values are also shown for [18F] FP-TZTP in rhesus monkey brain for comparison [10].

a

For 11C-FP-TZTP with the exception of the occipital, the cerebellum has a significantly smaller DV (p < 0.05) than other brain regions.

b

For 11C-P-TZTP with the exception of the occipital and thalamus, the cerebellum has a significantly smaller DV (p < 0.05) than other brain regions.

c

For 11C-F3P-TZTP there is no significant difference in DV (p < 0.05) for all brain regions studied.

d

With the exception of the cerebellum and the cingulate DVs for a given brain region is similar for 11C-FP-TZTP and 11C-P-TZTP.

e

11C-F3P-TZTP has significantly larger DVs (p < 0.05) in all brain regions as compared to 11C-FP-TZTP and 11C-P-TZTP.
