(A) Immunoblot confirmation of Rac1 inhibition following Rac1T17N-GFP transfection. Active Rac1 was measured by pulldown assay following EGF stimulation. (B) Fibroblasts were transiently transfected with a Rac1T17N-GFP construct for 24 h, followed by Msp exposure for 60 min. Samples were fixed and stained with Alexa-phalloidin to label total F-actin.
