Part A shows the dynamics of weights and path frequences for the fitness function 10>01>11 = 00. Path 10 (B, green) reaches fixation, and all other paths go extinct. Part B shows the dynamics of paths for the fitness function 10 = 01>11 = 00, for different initial weights of x of 0.6 and 0.4. Non-overlapping paths B and C are maintained at different concentrations that depend on the initial value of x. Paths A and D again go extinct.
