Cell cycle analysis of Chinese hamster ovary cells CHO-K1 exposed for 24 h at 37°C to 1 mM urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA), 5 mM triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA) singly or in combination. Percentage of cells in G0/G1 (white), S (gray) and G2/M (black) stages of the cell cycle after treatment with UDMA or/and TEGDMA was presented along with histograms for each mode of exposure. Nocodazole (Noc) was used as a positive control. Three experiments of 5 × 10⁴ measurements each were performed.
