Immunostaining of LNCaP cells with biotinylated anti-HER2 peptide. After blocking with 1% BSA in PBS, the fixed LNCaP cells were incubated with the biotinylated peptide for 1 hour in TBST buffer. After washing with TBS, the cells were incubated with streptavidin-FITC for 20 minutes and the nucleus was stained with DIPA for cell tracking. The cells were visualized using a Leica DMI3000 microscope at a 200x magnification.
