Transmembrane domain prediction of BmGrs using three algorithms, TMPred, HMMTOP and TMHMM. Histogram shows the number of genes predicted to have 3 to 9 transmembrane domains by each of the programs. Numbers in the graph show the percentage of predicted seven transmembrane proteins, which are predicted to have an intracellular N-terminus.
