In situ FTIR spectra of (a) MCM-48, (b) MCM-48/APMDES, and (c) MCM-48/APTES. Spectra were measured in vacuum (<10–6 Torr) after pretreatment (140 °C, <10–6 Torr, 6 h) of the self-supporting pellets. An empty cell was used to record the single-beam background spectrum.
