The steady-state activities of the CYP2B6.4 to CYP2B6.9 polymorphic variants for the O-deethylation of 7-EFC (A), hydroxylation of bupropion (B), and hydroxylation of efavirenz (C). The activities, expressed as nanomoles of product/minute/nanomoles of P450, were determined at 37°C under steady-state turnover conditions as described under Materials and Methods.
