(D) PC-3/TR/RhoAR68E cells were plated in soft agar as described in Materials and Methods. Cells were supplemented (+dox) or not with weekly renewed doxycycline (100 ng/ml). After 2 wk of culture, colonies were counted in the whole dishes.
