Deletion of non-neuronal FAAH produces an anti-arthritis phenotype. Both FAAH-NS and (−/ −) mice displayed an anti-arthritis phenotype compared to the FAAH (+/−) control mice. Vehicle was incomplete Freund’s adjuvant. (c, d) FAAH-NS and FAAH (−/ −) mice displayed antihyperalgesic phenotypes in the hot plate and tail immersion assays compared to FAAH (+/−) mice.
