Mean change denotes the estimated regression coefficient representing the mean change in log₁₀[AbPA] relative to the reference category based on a multivariable longitudinal model fit to measurements at 4, 8, 26, and 30 weeks. Regression coefficients for haplotype effects assume an additive effect on log₁₀[AbPA] response. (SE) Standard error.
