(A) Images of undifferentiated SH-SY5Y cells treated without (−) or with (+) STS (50 nM for 12 h). Cells were immunostained for cyt c (Alexa 488 labeled, green channel) and Hsp60 (Alexa 568 labeled, red channel). The same fields stained with DAPI are shown (inset shows fragmented nuclei in grayscale for clearer visibility). Merge of first three images is shown in the far right panels.
