Buffer Preparation Final concentration

  • 1.6 g NaCl

  • 1.3 g HEPES

  • 0.04 g Na2HPO4(7H2O)

  • Add Milli-Q water.

  • Adjust pH to exactly 7.11-7.13 by adding NaOH solution and add milli-Q water up to 100 ml.

  • Refine the pH to 7.11-7.13.

  • Filter sterilize, make 10 ml aliquots and store at -200C

  • 280 mM

  • 100 mM

  • 2.77 g anhydrous CaCl2

  • Dissolve in 10 ml Milli-Q water.

  • Filter sterilize, make 1 ml aliquots and store at -20°C

  • 2.5M

  • 5ml of [0.5M] EDTA

  • 300ml of Glycerol

  • 50mM

  • 2.5mM

  • 30% (v/v)
