Wild-type (WT) and Hsf1 −/− mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) transfected with mPer2-Luc and HSE-SLR were treated with the (A) HS pulse or (B) dexamethasone (Dex). Circadian profiles were monitored by the real-time bioluminescence assay. Relative acute or normalized (deviation from moving average) profiles from each experiment (average values from 5 independent experiments) are shown.
