HEL cells were exposed to either vehicle control (DMSO), 30 μM G6 or 2% IDPN for 0, 6, 12, 24 or 48 hours. (A) The numbers of viable cells at each time point were determined and plotted as a function of treatment condition. (B) Cell lysates from each treatment group were collected simultaneously and analysed by immunoblotting with either an anti-vimentin antibody or an anti-β-actin antibody.
