Each point represents the mean of duplicate wells containing fluid from an individual mouse, dashed horizontal line represents the median value, solid vertical line represents the range, and points at baseline are below the limit of detection (* p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 compared to time zero).
