Binding of KLF6 to TGF-β promoter during RSV infection. ChiP assay on A549 cells that were either mock infected or infected with RSV for 6 h, 12 h and 24 h. Both anti-KLF6 antibody and isotype matched control antibody was used. An upstream region in the TGF-β gene devoid of the KLF6 responsive region was probed as a negative control. NS; non-specific.
