Torsion decreased the phosphorylation of FOXO3a. (A) A representative gel shows the expression of FOXO3a and p-FOXO3a Thr³² after torsion. Blotting shows FOXO3a at 90 kDa, p-FOXO3a Thr³² at 95 kDa and β-actin at 43 kDa. β-actin was used as an internal control.
